Scotchbond Universal Etchant
The Scotchbond Universal Etchant is a 35% phosphoric etchant liquid∙gel which is used to etch enamel and/or dentin as indicated in the instructions provided with the various dental adhesive systems. It has the following features and benefits:
- Gel is colored blue, which makes precise application easier and reduces the risk of over-etching.
- Low viscosity that allows for better flow and penetration into small fissures and irregularities.
