The "Sectional" feature means the head is threaded onto the sheath, allowing it to be removed for cleaning or replacement. The "Deluxe" construction uses higher-quality materials (stainless steel shafts/gears) to withstand speeds of 30,000 RPM, whereas standard angles are often limited to 20,000 RPM.
