IRM Intermediate Restorative Material
Designed for intermediate restorations intended to last up to one year, IRM Intermediate Restorative Material contains eugenol in its polymer-reinforced zinc oxide-eugenol composition, providing sedative effects on hypersensitive tooth pulp and acting as a thermal insulator. This versatile material can also function as a base for cements and restorative materials without resin components, such as amalgams, inlays, and onlays. With strength properties comparable to zinc phosphate cement, IRM boasts exceptional abrasion resistance, effective sealing properties, and minimal solubility.
