Description
Permlastic by Kerr is a condensation-cured, polysulfide elastomeric impression material available in three viscosities. Recommended for partial or full denture impressions, Regular Body Permlastic has exceptional flow capabilities, capturing even the finest details. While typically used for single-mix applications, it can also be combined with Light-Bodied Permlastic for crown and bridge impressions. It is designed to withstand removal from undercuts without tearing. The Light-Bodied Permlastic is the most fluid of the Permlastic options and is ideal for inlay and fixed bridge impressions. It is a syringe material often paired with Heavy-Bodied Permlastic, creating accurate and detailed impressions. The Heavy-Bodied Permlastic is best suited for situations requiring a stiffer material. Its consistency allows for optimal compression of the Light-Bodied Permlastic in a double-mix, resulting in precise and defined impressions.
