This high-performance replacement turbine is designed to restore the function of Star 430 and Star Vista series fiber optic and non-fiber optic handpieces. It is a "drop-in" cartridge that replaces the moving parts of the handpiece head. Most modern versions of this turbine feature ceramic bearings, which are lighter, quieter, and more durable than steel, and are often "Lube-Free" (requiring no daily oiling).
